Some of the files are quite large, and may take a long time to download, especially if you are using dial up. You will need Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader to access most of the files.  Some of the documents may be difficult to read.  If this is the case, use the "zoom" function on the program you are using to view the document for better visability.
